What is the CW Enerji 620Wp 144TNB M10 Topcon Solar Panel?
The CW Enerji 620Wp 144TNB M10 Topcon Solar Panel is a 620 Wp CW Enerji panel that combines N-type TOPCon cell technology with the M10 cell size. Every module installed on a roof or ground-mounted system produces DC energy throughout the day; this energy is fed through the inverter into the building's electrical network.
The models one power class below and above in the same series share the technology; the difference lies in the nominal power. A higher Wp means more DC power with the same number of panels. A system of about 10 kWp needs 17 of these panels (arithmetic only; varies with roof layout).
Key technical specifications
- Model: 144TNB, M10 cell size, TOPCon N-type technology
- Power class: 620 Wp
- Power tolerance: 0~+5 W positive tolerance
- Mechanical strength: 2400 Pa wind load and 5400 Pa snow load
- Glass surface: special coating that reduces reflection and dust accumulation
- Low irradiance: high efficiency targeted in the morning and in cloudy weather
- Warranty: 12-year product, 30-year performance warranty
Which projects is it suited for?
Home roofs, villas and medium-sized commercial buildings are the natural applications for this panel. M10-class modules are considered in projects that want to keep roof layout flexible, because they stay at a more convenient size than the large-format panels above 700 Wp. In agricultural irrigation pump supply systems, the DC array can also be built from this power class.
Use in Antalya and Solar Nexo support
According to PVGIS data, 1 kWp of installed capacity in Antalya produces about 1.656 kWh per year (theoretical). Accordingly, a single 620 Wp panel can be expected to yield roughly 1.027 kWh/year; actual production varies with shading, tilt, temperature and soiling. Production also peaking at the hours when air-conditioning load rises in summer is an advantage for self-consumption.
The datasheet package lists the roof tile waterproofing test and the PID (IEC 62804), salt mist (IEC 61701), dust-sand (IEC 60068) and ammonia corrosion (IEC 62716) documents; reviewing these documents is useful in areas near the coast with humid, salty air.
Solar Nexo handles every step from supply and project design to installation and commissioning; technical support continues after installation. The panel's datasheet and documents are available for download on the product page.
