What is CW Enerji 635 Wp 132TNBR M12 TOPCon Solar Panel?
CW Enerji 635 Wp 132TNBR M12 TOPCon Solar Panel is a CW Enerji N-type TOPCon panel in the 132TNBR configuration with M12 cell size and 635 Wp of power. Thanks to its large format, fewer modules and fewer connection points are needed for the same installed capacity.
This panel shares the same body as its sibling models; the only difference is the nominal power of 635 Wp. On projects with limited roof area, a higher power class increases the installed capacity. A system of roughly 10 kWp needs about 16 of these panels (simple arithmetic; it varies with the roof layout).
Key technical specifications
- Model: 132TNBR, M12 cell size, TOPCon N-type technology
- Power class: 635 Wp (datasheet header: 655-630 Wp)
- Power tolerance: 0~+5 W positive tolerance
- Mechanical strength: 2400 Pa wind load and 5400 Pa snow load
- Glass surface: special coating that reduces reflection and dust accumulation
- Low irradiance: aimed at high efficiency in the morning hours and in cloudy weather
- Warranty: 12-year product warranty, 30-year performance warranty
Which projects is it suitable for?
Factories, warehouses, greenhouses and farm buildings with wide, flat roofs are where this panel stands out; fewer panels also simplify the mounting structure, cabling and connection work. In residential projects it can be chosen if the roof area is sufficient; for large modules, the roof geometry is always checked during the site survey.
Use in Antalya and Solar Nexo support
In theory (PVGIS: 1 kWp in Antalya produces about 1,656 kWh/year), this 635 Wp module produces about 1,052 kWh per year. The figure varies with roof direction, tilt and shade; salt and humidity on the coast and dust inland affect how often the panel needs washing.
The document list includes a TSE certificate, UL and ETL certificates, the IEC 63209-1 extended stress test and the PID (IEC 62804) test report; for a plant that will run for many years in hot and humid weather, these records are an evaluation criterion.
With its Kepez-based team, Solar Nexo supplies the panel, designs the system for the roof or land, installs and commissions it, and then provides technical support. The datasheet and test documents can be downloaded from the product page.
