TommaTech Trio Hybrid 5.0 kW Three-Phase Inverter is the 5 kW three-phase member of the TommaTech Trio Hybrid series. It delivers the energy from the rooftop panels to the home or business and also routes it to the battery with a suitable storage solution. Because the solar input, battery management and grid interface are combined in a single device, the installation stays simple.

Which projects is it suitable for?
It is a suitable starting point for covering the summer air-conditioning load in a small to medium-sized detached home. Homes that want balanced distribution on a three-phase subscription, small commercial rooftops and irrigation systems with storage can be considered. If a single unit is not enough, capacity can be increased with a parallel connection.
In sizing, the 5 kW AC output power, the subscription power and the highest simultaneous load are considered together. The wide 180–950 V MPPT range gives flexibility for different string lengths; however, string voltage and current limits are verified by calculation in the final design. The battery model and capacity are determined separately according to night-time consumption and backup expectations. During the survey, the roof, cable route and mounting point are checked and incorporated into the project.
