Which projects is it suitable for?
It is an upper power class suitable for high-consumption villas and small commercial buildings. With 200% PV support, it is possible to match panel capacity of up to 20 kWp (within design limits). The rapid shutdown feature is valuable in rooftop projects with high safety requirements. Backup power and generator compatibility are also an advantage for outage-sensitive places.
In sizing, panel capacity for a 10 kW inverter is selected according to roof orientation and tilt; the three MPPT inputs make it easier to connect roof sections facing different directions to separate strings. The dual battery port gives the flexibility to build battery capacity in two stages. The final selection is made during the Solar Nexo survey.
