TommaTech Trio Hybrid S 15.0 kW HV Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter is the 15 kW high-voltage hybrid inverter of the TommaTech Trio Hybrid S series. It can work both grid-tied and off-grid; when added to an existing solar system via AC coupling, it adds storage without installing new panels.

Which projects is it suitable for?
As one of the higher power classes, it is considered for high-consumption homes and small commercial projects. AC coupling, which is ideal for retrofit and capacity-expansion projects, lets existing inverters stay in place. Units of 15 kW can be multiplied through parallel connection.
If the system is to be added to an existing installation, the power, production and grid connection type of the existing inverter are examined first. The 15 kW hybrid unit is connected on the AC side and manages the battery; the old array is left untouched. The 50 A maximum current limit is taken into account when selecting the battery, and the compatible model is determined in the project.
