What is the TommaTech Uno Hybrid N 16.0 kW Single-Phase Inverter?
TommaTech Uno Hybrid N 16.0 kW Single-Phase Inverter is a single-phase hybrid inverter that works with low-voltage batteries. The Uno Hybrid N series is designed both for new installations and for upgrading existing solar systems. The 16 kW class is the highest-power model in the series; it is designed for single-phase commercial businesses with high power needs and very large homes. With parallel operation support (up to 16 units), it can be scaled to larger systems.
According to the manufacturer's description, the series has an IP65 protection rating; it supports AC coupling for retrofitting to existing systems; and in on-grid and off-grid scenarios it allows up to 16 units to operate in parallel. In the series' product presentation, the maximum charge/discharge current is given in the range of 135 A to 350 A, and multiple battery configurations are supported. Storing energy from a diesel generator is also possible.
