The role of the devices

• Smart meter: Measures the energy drawn from and fed into the grid, supporting the inverter in operating according to consumption.

When choosing

• Confirm compatibility with the inverter series (Uno, Trio, etc.) on the product page.
• In three-phase systems, a meter and CT set capable of three-phase measurement is needed.
• As the installation point, the space and cable access in the main distribution panel should be considered in advance.

Installation tips

Smart meters and CTs must be fitted on the main supply line in the correct phase and direction; reverse installation leads to wrong measurement. After installation, production, consumption and grid flow values should be checked together through the app.

In facilities using an export power limiter, the permitted limit value is determined according to the distribution company's conditions and entered in the device settings. In technical rooms with weak Wi-Fi signal, an external antenna or network extender may be needed. Such details are measured during the survey.

After commissioning, the devices' firmware versions should be kept up to date.
