10 metre panel-inverter DC line
The 10 metre set is intended for installations where the inverter sits a little way from the roof, for example on a lower floor or in a technical room. Two cables and a connector set come together.
Since the distance is double that of the 5 metre set, voltage drop along the DC line matters more; this is why the 6 mm cross-section is chosen. The cable sheath is flame-retardant and halogen-free, with double insulation. In villas or multi-storey buildings, Solar Nexo determines the cable route in advance during project design.
Using a different cross-section or terminal type in the system can cause heating and loose contact. It is therefore sensible to compare the length, cross-section and terminal information on the product page with your project's needs for each connection line, and to share it with Solar Nexo if necessary.
