Communication cable between batteries
When several rack batteries are installed side by side, the modules communicate with each other. This 30 cm CAT6 cable completes the data line between two adjacent batteries.
It differs from the battery-inverter communication cable (1.5 m) in its short length: it is used only for the connection between batteries. The 24 AWG conductor has a thin cross-section sufficient for carrying signals and does not carry power. The cross-linked sheath and flame-retardant construction are manufacturer information. Solar Nexo determines the number of cables required according to the number of modules.
